I am Fred from Sweden, a small town on the west coast. I am born and raised there. I have studied film studies at the universtity. I am a chairman in a local film society. Now I am climate-committed. I got to know about term highly sensitivity back in 2012 from a psychology magazine. I lead a local group for highly sensitive persons in the swedish associaton for highly sensitive persons, there I am also nominee members to the board. I am learning about my self and highly sensitivity by reading, lectures and meeting people. The journey continues.
